Are the interactions strictly professional?

Yes, all interactions are professional and adhere to the boundaries set during the experience process. However, we bear no responsibility for what happens between two consenting adults outside of the arranged experience, as it is beyond our control.

How do I ensure my safety during Experiences?

Your safety is our top priority. We recommend starting with virtual interactions to build trust and ensure comfort before planning in-person experiences. All users on Xclusive have a visible verification level on their profiles, and you can request additional verification, such as IDs, for added peace of mind.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I accept tips for an experience?

Currently, tipping is not a feature on Xclusive. All rates and payments are set and agreed upon upfront to ensure transparency and fairness for both Experience Creators and Fans.

When is payment collected?

Payment is collected prior to the experience. Fans are charged a "No-Show-No-Pay" fee upon confirming the booking, with the full amount charged five (5) hours before the scheduled experience.

Can Fans request a refund?

Refunds are available for cancellations made according to our Terms of Service. If you need to request a refund, please contact our support team. Note that refunds will not be processed for last-minute cancellations or completed Experiences.

How Do Payouts Work?

When you complete an experience booking, your earnings are deposited directly into your wallet. Our platform ensures fast and secure payouts, so you can focus on delivering unforgettable experiences.

What if I need to cancel an Experience?

If you need to cancel an experience, you can do so through your dashboard. Frequent cancellations may impact your standing on the platform, so we encourage you to communicate any issues as early as possible.
