Xclusive User guidelines

Payment for Sexual Favors:

The proposition of payment for sexual favors is strictly prohibited on Xclusive. Any evidence of such activities on Xclusive platforms will result in a ban for both Xclusive Lady and Xclusive Gentleman.

Harassment and Verbal Attacks:

Harassment, slander, or verbal attacks directed at an Xclusive Lady or Xclusive Gentleman will lead to the deactivation of the user's account on the Xclusive Platform.

Age Requirement:

Users must be 18 years or older with a valid state ID to use the Xclusive Platform as either a Lady or Gentleman. We reserve the right to ask for your ID to verify your age, and we’ll block you from the platform if you’re underage.

External Platform Actions:

Xclusive does not take responsibility for any harassment or alterations that may occur before, during, or after a date on any platform outside of Xclusive. Users utilize Xclusive at their own risk.

Abuse Reports:

Abuse, harassment, libel, “trolling,” doxxing, or similar actions reported on Xclusive will result in an account deactivation and permanent ban of an Xclusive user.

Communication Cease Rights:

Xclusive Ladies have the authority to discontinue communication with any Xclusive Gentleman, and vice versa.

Profile Privacy:

Users are encouraged to read and understand the Privacy Policy outlined by Xclusive. Any questions regarding privacy practices can be addressed by referring to the provided contact information.

Platform Liability:

Xclusive is not liable for the actions of users. The platform will moderate to the best of its ability to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

Xclusive Photo Guidelines:

Age Restrictions:

No photo should contain anyone under the age of 18.

Ownership of Photos:

All photos must be of the user in question and property of the user.

Acceptable Photo Content:

Your profile photos need to clearly show your full face. We do not permit:
Profile photos that are heavily distorted or contain exaggerated or unnatural digital effects to the point where it cannot be clearly determined that you’re the person in the photos
Any overlaid symbols, icons, frames, or stickers that aren’t from Bumble on your profile photos
Group photos are not allowed. Photos cannot be used to advertise services or goods.
Memes or photos with only — or primarily — text as a profile photo
Profile photos of children on their own
Profile photos with unclothed children

Explicit Content and Coverage:

Photos should not contain sexually explicit material or simulate sexual acts. The "bathing suit area’s" should be covered for all Xclusive users. Photos cannot feature users grabbing, fondling, or drawing attention to genitals.

Drug Usage:

Photos depicting illegal drug usage are not acceptable.

Genital Attention and Weapons:

Photos with genitals or weapons in photos are strictly forbidden and will lead to the deactivation and permanent banning of your account.

Visible Faces:

User's faces must be visible in all photos.

Harassment and Copyright Violation:

Photos harassing or demoralizing other Xclusive users are unacceptable. Photos violating Copyright law will be removed and accounts will be deactivated.
